Foremost, Nirmy is a search and discovery app meant to help new customers find your business, be intrigued enough by your images, description and promotions to try you out, and be happy enough with your product or service to become a returning customer and recommend you to their friends. Instead of open-platform reviews from the public at large, Nirmy displays simply how many 'likes' a business has received. In the near future, if you tap on the 'likes' counter, Nirmy will show you which of your friends on the app, if any, have liked a business. After all, nothing beats the endorsement of the people who know you best.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. At this time, we do not accept cash, debit cards, PayPal, checks or cryptocurrencies. All payments are transacted securely online.

Very much so. Credit card transactions to pay to be on Nirmy are processed by Stripe, a globally renowned and trusted payment processor. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Stripe processes payments for other companies including Target, SalesForce, Unicef, Habitat for Humanity, the USO, Warby Parker and Shopify. For your added security, Nirmy does not store your credit card information.

At this time, the identity verification system we use to help prevent unauthorized or fraudulent business accounts from being created on Nirmy currently only accepts credit cards.

Three tile images are sufficient opportunities to entice a user to tap open your business tile. In Expanded View, images are limited to three to ensure that a business is selecting only the most compelling images or messages to display. Any of these six total images can be changed or updated at any time for variety.

To maintain a premium, uncluttered visual interface and preserve an enjoyable user experience, we do not allow businesses to display tile images on the grid containing promotional messages including, but not limited to, sales, coupons, discounts or special offers. However, you may absolutely display promotional messages and graphics in your Expanded View (in fact, we encourage it since app users will be on the hunt for deals you may offer).

You can upload and display multiple images for your Brand Tiles and Callout Window. Here are the specifications to know. BRAND TILE IMAGES ​ Currently, you can upload up to 3 images for your Brand Tile, which will animate in a rotating carousel on Nirmy's scrolling grid. Choose images that beautifully showcase or clearly articulate your products, goods or services. Make sure they will entice users to tap your Tile to see more information about you and what you have to offer in your Expanded View. ​ Technical Specifications of Brand Tile Images ​ Optimum image size: 616px x 924px (616 pixels wide x 924 pixels tall) Image formats accepted: Jpegs (.jpg) and PNG (.png). PNG (.png) is strongly preferred. CALLOUT WINDOW IMAGES ​ Currently, you can upload up to 3 images to display in your Expanded View's Callout Window. Users will be able to swipe left or right on these images. You may upload images that simply showcase your products, goods or services. OR you may embed links to your images to make them interactive and lead users to take a specific action. CLICK HERE to see how to embed links to your callout images. ​ Technical Specifications of Callout Window images ​ Optimum image size: 2772px by 2082px (2772 pixels wide x 2082 pixels tall) Important: To prevent any important elements of your callout graphics from overlapping with the interaction buttons, be sure to place them 480 pixels above the bottom edge (see specifications diagram below). ​ Image formats accepted: Jpegs (.jpg) and PNG (.png).
